..... SMaRT WORLDWIDE - 6 AM SYDNEY AUSTRALIA - 5 PM RIO BRAZIL - 11 PM ISTANBUL

The small gains can be just as fun as the "big" ones.

One of my bosses asked me if I could work today, from 17-06. I did not feel like working 13 hours so I told him I couldn't make it until 20.00. He was okay with that. But after I hung up the phone I thought to myself, "I should have said 21 or 22 to him, that would have been better", because I am lazy. But then I let that thought go and didn't care about it no more after that. Money is money. Then 2 hours later he calls me and asks me if I wants to start at 21 instead, "so I don't have to rush it", and of course that's fine with me!

Small but sweet. I didn't care either way, but still got the solution I would have preferred beforehand.

I have to disagree with you. If Dexter released, we wouldn´t have this really cool series :) So I preffer he keeps on going crazy. But seriously, I think it is awesome the way the series is built, showing his conflict with his super-overfed ego in a way we can recognize it in ourselves.
This that you said about Star Trek didn't help :P I read it and decided to ask for a sick day this afternoon to watch it. Then I saw that yesterday was the last day and it was replaced by Transformers 2. Now I have to release and wait for the DVD. Well, maybe it helped.

Yes I think the new Star Trek is almost as good as Batman Begins, it's in the same spirit to me. For series with emotional content I love "Dexter" (the story about a serial killer who is killing other killers and "bad guys"). For those of us who have dealt with the "monster" inside or the secrets we want to keep away from the world and hide from ourselves, Dexter captures the suppressed emotions brilliantly. I am fascinated! Dexter sure could benefit from releasing ..

Oh, I want to watch the new movie, specially because of the director. People said it is very good. But I am too lazy to go to the theatre. I thought people here could know Galactica because I was told it is a "releasing-related" series. I mean, like the movie "Revolver" or the Matrix. That´s why I began watching it.

It's interesting as you say, I think there a lot of people who are unaware that they actually are releasing like this, althoug they are not familiar with the term releasing!

Thank you for your comment Mario. I've been noticing more of these Frakk-it "everyday" gains now. It's an opening up to the flow of life. I've only watched one half episode of Battlestar Galactica, I'm more a Trekkie actually ;) I loved the new Star Trek movie!

That is great. When I mentioned that releasing works for everyone, I was talking about this way of releasing you used. I call it Frakk-it release (if you don´t know Battlestar Galactica series, frakk is what they use to replace a word that cannot be used on public TV, but HBO likes it a lot :) Yes, I am a nerd, even though I don't like any of the other Star Trek/Wars stuff). We all do Frakk-it releasing when there's nothing else to do and, as it is releasing like any other, it normally goes our way.
Now, of course, about 5-6 years ago, if someone told me releasing works for anybody, I would gladly want to torture this person.
I think this was a great gain. Instant manifestation.

Hey you - could you let go of the limiting decision that you are lazy? Goooooood!
