I've been working with 2 courses these last days, the Inner Circle 4, from Hale, and The Programs Course, from Larry. Actually I am working with my programs (Could you find the one who thinks he owns a program?) and, at the same time, listening to IC 4.
I am working slowly with my programs because I don't see any sense in not releasing them all. Hale says he doesn't teach the Programs course anymore because people would go looking for programs and maybe create or re-create them, as I understood. Maybe so, but I still like working with them. Steve also thinks they are important, as his first seminar was about them.
What is a Program? It is something running in the background, controlling us unconsciously, like a belief system. We actually know the Master Programs, wanting control, approval, survival and separation/oneness. But we have also other survival programs, and sometimes approaching them from the perspective of they also being a playback running us, and releasing them, can be useful. These programs are made of the Master Programs, so why not release the wants and be done with it? Well, when we use the perspective of programs, we can bring up stuff that was very hidden, and drop the programs directly. Larry's course is great for this and I'll write a review in the future. I actually might end up writing a review for all the courses I own, which is all of them, so people know what they are about. But I haven't done all of them yet. There are 2 I havent done yet, and IC 4 is in the middle.
I also decided to work more on the processes in IC4, because they are very powerful. I think this is the most powerful course from Hale up till now, and I am still in the first half of the course. The first process alone is great for cleaning up the Past and I can stay with only this one for a while. But I believe that working with other processes might help in this one. I like the approach of releasing something from different angles to loosen it up. That's something I do with the special releasing process. I stay with control, for instance, for a while, then, even if I am still answering No to the final questions, I move on to approval and safety, then come back to control.
I've also been working a lot with Special Releasing Process for my body. Here I just use the same process we have for people, but instead of people the other "person" is my body. I've been getting a lot of peace from this one. I am working now exclusively with the vortex, and I am getting more easily to the Yes in the final questions in each category. Hale said that this process is perfect for vortex and 5th Way.
Finally, I am finishing "The New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle. Lester says in The Ultimate Goal 1 that we should not use all our time only releasing. We should also Be. Be can be just Be, for those who can do it, or give approval to yourself, or read "inspirational" stuff, as he calls, or use the techniques from this book. So this book fits nicelly, and is a great book. It talks about the ego a lot, and I had a lot of insights. I also use techniques he puts there for Being. Larry reinforces a lot this aspect of dividing your time between releasing and Being, as does Hale. Hale actually puts this as a step in each round of his processes in the advanced course. Larry puts it in every cleanup, including the final cleanups from Abundance course. I really resisted this book because it was "Oprah Book Club", which around here is not a good sign, but it is great! I also have I am That, The Power of Now (read it in 2001, but now my perspective is different) and Talks with Ramana Maharshi aligned to follow.
