It really isn't hard to let something go when you see it isn't true. Its only when you think something is true that you don't want to let it go. So let's cut to the chase. None of your thoughts are true. None! In fact, there is no such thing as a true thought so seeking the right thought or the right view or the right perspective is equally false. Let it all go.

You don't have to stop thinking. Just stop believing it.
