Beyond Letting Go with Annrikka and Tim

About 20 people gathered last night in a very warm hotel room, close to Kensington Gardens. Annrikka and Tim introduced themselves, including how/ when they met Lester Levenson.

We did some group releases and the blah exercise with a partner- that was interesting. There are people who are very new to the Sedona Method and some people who have been to retreats with Hale in Sedona, so we are a mixed bunch.

When Annrikka was closing the group for the evening, she advised no alcohol, no recreational drugs and no TV. The first 2 are easy enough, but it is Strictly Come Dancing Tonight, and I doubt that I am going to be able to do without my weekly fix.

We were looking at dissolving the sense of a separate 'I'. Of course, my mind went into overdrive, yet I still chose to participate in the group sessions, using triple welcoming and the 5th way- that seemed to quieten the mind. Annrika is a great instructor, and tomorrow I may even go up on the 'stage' to ask a question or 2. I had not been looking forward to listening while others addressed their own issues, however I found enormous benefits from releasing along with them. I found doing that 'live' was more useful than releasing along with others when listening to audios.
