This is a quick gem I would like to share with you.
Lately I've been focusing on intentions and Winning in particular, which has brought up a lot of good stuff. Larry recommends it in his courses as "very important" to do attachments and aversions to winning and loosing.
While engaged in ordinary everyday activities and focusing on being in that winning state (CAP), I had a great realization that what releasing is all about, choosing to win.
