We are trying to control the one who we love.

About 20 people gathered last night in a very warm hotel room, close to Kensington Gardens. Annrikka and Tim introduced themselves, including how/ when they met Lester Levenson.

I have tried to write it down, but it does not seems to be happen.

I get confused and the question arises, why i want these. If i´m complete and in that 0 state, why do i want these goals then. Those are not needed.

After my last post i have been struggling with health.

 

Got cold symptoms and have been trying to release those, to be honest poorly.

 

With the first trial i got lil ease and relieved painful throat . Tho cough and uncomfortable feelin stayed and the nose was still stuck .

Have been releasing now bit by bit during the day and evenings as much as i feel able to and my feeling has gotten better.

a black deep hole.

 

This hole what i thought is over, but no. Far for it to be over.

Tried to do releasing and just crying myself nuts .. just too personal to be open with it here. Stupid feelings and behaviors.

Think i will start to write here about my releasing related things.

Just to keep me to be committed to it and have an overview, how i advance.

 

Have got the Releasing course from Lawrence Crane and support Yanina has been really good help for me to get the material shipped.

 

I had my doubts, due the cost ( gaaahh.. da heck i´m talking ) but well all worked out fine and i got the cost basically back. Since at work they discovered, they have payed me less…
