Approval to the Approval i´m giving.

I was doing some releasing while watching one Youtube video, posted also here. I started to give approval to all the sensations and feelings rising and by somehow i just started to give approval to that approval itself.

This was the first time they did a Level 3+4 Seminar in 4 days so it was quite intense.

I got the opportunity to be a 'catcher' so I got to spend some time on stage with Richard and Melissa, catching people they worked with. It can get intense so people tend to move into strange postures or fall over.
