Growing Into Your Goals

No matter what process you use to achieve or attract your goals there is something needed to make it all work. Releasing is a technique for realizing freedom. But that freedom does come at a price. The price is the willingness to not just to let go but to grow.

When you let go something significant happens. When the inner energy of a constricted emotional state is released that energy begins to flow. And as it moves it changes its environment, that is, it changes you. If it didn't you… Continue

Suffering = Stuck

The word the Buddha used for suffering was the Sanskrit word dukkha. While in English we translate it suffering a more accurate definition is discontent, not quite rightness.

The word suffering is quite intense and most people think of it as extreme pain. But originally Buddha was referring to a very subtle and for most of us constant dissatisfaction with what is. I do believe that if we become more sensitive to the subtle undercurrent of the feeling of discontent that is our norm and… Continue

The Butt System

Larry's Butt System is ingenious. By making a goal to achieve something through releasing alone brings up all of our resistance. More importantly though it brings up all the rules we have for success.

We all have them, those rules or prerequisutes. I have to be better educated in order to succeed. I have to be better looking, smarter, have more opportunities, release better, be more spiritual. When you make a goal like "I allow myself to have a gazillion dollars by releasiing…

Inner Congruence

If you are releasing your ass off, doing everything you need to do and not getting results here is the reason. What you want to accomplish, be, have, is not consistent with who you are!

It really is that simple.

There is a deep part of you that knows who you are and that will not settle for anything less. When all levels of your being are consistent or congruent what you "want" flows to you effortlessly.

Releasing is not really about getting rid of wanting. Its about… Continue

What Negative Emotions?

There is no such thing as a negative emotion. There is only emotion, the motion of energy through the system. Negative and positive are thoughts, interpretations of what is happening. And thoughts are never true.

It all breaks down to this, if the feeling is acceptable it is a positive emotion. if it is unacceptable it is negative. The emotion itself is innocent. It is simply what it is. Everything else we make up.

So rather than thinking about eliminating or letting go of… Continue

It Couldn't Be More Simple

There is reality. There are thoughts about reality. Reality is true. Thoughts aren't. Let them go.

It really isn't hard to let something go when you see it isn't true. Its only when you think something is true that you don't want to let it go. So let's cut to the chase. None of your thoughts are true. None! In fact, there is no such thing as a true thought so seeking the right thought or the right view or the right perspective is equally false. Let it all…
