I was browsing the book today for quotes directly related to goals. This seemed helpful.

Stephen Seratan KISS releasing

The more I release, the closer I feel to Lester. I was going through some of my stuff and found Stephen's book "Lester and Me" and decided to give it a second read. I don't know what happened, but it is hitting me like a brick this time. I can hardly stop reading it, but then I'm having resistance to reading it. It's almost like i'm reading a totally different book, and it is talking directly to me.
