I just wanted to mention that when I first pressed *6 on the call, it did not register me in the Q&A queue, I heard Lisa shortly after that inviting people again. When I've pressed for the 2nd time, the automatic voice asked me to confirm that I want to be placed in the Q&A. Might be worthwhile letting people know that they will hear a confirmation from the system once their request for Q&A is registered?

Could not believe how much I got out of it, if they are all like this I will get a lot more gains I am sure.
Thanks to the Admin crew for all the help that has been given to me, and also putting me in touch through the chat. Being as I live in New Zealand I was very much on my down here, working quietly on my own although my husband does it with me every so often.
