Hi, it's a pleasure for me to write my first retreat review (after my second retreat).

The retreat actually ended on September 8, but I write the review only now to reflect the shift that I've noticed.

See everything as a gain!

Today I had this question pop into my awareness - "What is a gain?",

and the instant answer was: "A gain is something that you choose to see as a gain".

So I flowed with that - I noticed that all my "gains" were situations or appearances that I somehow connected to some past issue that I had, and they seemed to resolve it or point to its resolution. A Deepened Insight On The 6 Steps - Recommended

After a session with Milan, in which I got to the conclusion that all releasing is just dealing with what's for you in the NOW moment, I got to this simple conclusion about the 6 steps:

They just are.

There's a reason why there's not much explanation on them, how to use them, what do they mean, etc. In fact, the less one reads or hears about them from an external source, the better.
