Anything else you would like to share:: I live in Ithaca, NY as of almost 4 yrs ago. lived in NYC for 30 yr before moving. I started releasing in 2002. Took several advanced seminars, all with David Ellzey. And did the Coach training Lev. 1 and retreat. this past September in Sedona.
I am a yoga therapist and I have been a lover of truth and inquiry for many years. Yoga as I share it includes inquiry .. as a way to recognize who we are. Relaxing is a great aid in this discovery.

I also offer private inquiry sessions by phone including the Sedona Method..
