I usually set the light & sound machine to 7.8 (Schumann resonance).I have found that this stirs the depth of the mind up really well, bringing things to the surface more quickly to release. The after effect is a very deep inner peace and stillness, plus a wide range of other effects. Has anyone here tried it?See More
