- Started releasing in 1998, on and off until 2005, when things "clicked" and it became my main focus. I've been to 4 "7 days retreats" from Larry Crane. I have all products from Larry Crane and Hale Dwoskin.
Besides that, I am a telecommunications engineer. I am also graduated in 5 types of hypnosis, I was a member of the SHA (Society of Applied Hypnosis), which is the best one to find a good hipnotherapist in my opinion. I am also "fluent" in Energy Psychology, Energy Medicine, NLP and Healing Codes. I like to read a lot and also like TV series because they are short. I don't have much patience to sit for a 90 minutes + movie unless it is extremely good. If I don't like it in 20 minutes I give up and go release.

Maybe I should just copy some of the previous review here :) It was great again. Even in size, 250 people. On the last day I was still seeing new faces. Maybe this is normal, but not for me. I was used to hypnosis classes with 30-50 people or less.

When we read this advice from Lester, a lot of us, including myself, can be thrown right into Wanting to Figure it Out. What does it mean be not the doer? Should I just lie down and watch TV, doing nothing else? Maybe just sleep the whole day until I die. Is that the key?

Sometimes when I write about releasing, it brings up insights about things I already knew all about it. And being a know-it-all is Ego, and doesn't help. I'll post them here for my reference. I know I got some very deep feelings that I have not been able to release specially feelings of lack of security..for instance, my father was lousy on giving all us approval.. I have been able to let go lots of it but still deep inside, I feel like i need it that kind of security..
I just wonder if asking on hypnostist would help and then release those wants, because they do not come to the surface easily...
What has been your experience as trained hypnotist?. A friend of mine and lousy smoker quit smokiing this way....
