- About Me:
- I took the Method in 1981 from Ernie Castaldo in Phoenix. Lester came to the little party after the two weekend course. From 1982 - 1986, I worked in the office, seeing firsthand all the changes that others went through after taking the Method. It was profound to see how deeply and beautifully the changes happened.
I began leading Sedona Method workshops and working privately with others in 1984 after taking the first Workshop Leader's Class from Virginia Lloyd with Rick Solomon and then taught Basic and Advanced Courses from 1991 - 1997.
I also have spent lots of time with Robert Adams, Sufi Baba, Wayne Liquorman, ShantiMayi, Neelam, Rupert Spira and many other Advaita and Zen teachers.
When we get ourself out of the way, all Life begins to sing our song. After all, there is only One of us. ;)
