About Me:: I discovered the original Sedona Method about 4 or five years ago and really liked it--but was delighted to find Hale's more recent and advanced work such as the Inner Circle CD's. I've been studying mindfulness meditation with Shinzen Young for the past year now and I just really love the way the two modalities compliment each other.

When I found the Hootless site I was introduced to Larry Crane's Release Technique. I'm enjoying the different style and emphasis that shines through with the SMaRT approach--using both systems. and I especially appreciate the body awareness that Larry emphasizes in his work. Full body releasing is the way to go in my book.

And alas, some of the wonderful people here too introduced me to Matrix energetics recently, so now I'm feeling a pull towards exploring that as well.

It's wonderful to be here in the presence of you all to learn from, grow with, and cheer each other on!
