It is common for all of us to say:
I feel the stress!
I feel the pain!
This is not exactly what it is even though all of us have frequently have said it that way and misuse the word “feeling”!
You will see and quickly experience a difference just by identifying the exactness of your life experiences in terms of thinking, feeling of your thinking whether your thinking is right on or off based. This is indicated by the "feeling" of the strength and weakness of your thinking.
When your thinking feels weak, then that thought is a problem!
When your thinking feels strong then that thought is not a problem!
Then you will know what your problem is!

I give you the answer anyway!
To strengthen yourself in general, not specifically: Physically/mentally/spiritually identify and locate the midline of your body.
This is a line you don’t physical see but existed that divided your body to a left and a right side.
Now locate your midline and place your thought there.
This is merely an exercise for you to locate and place your thought to your midline.
But it does strengthen you for any weaknesses you have in general, not specifically.
Everyone in the world ought to at least know that!
