Misuse of a Seemingly Insignificant Word That Has Absolute Significance

It is common for all of us to say:

I feel the stress!

I feel the pain!

This is not exactly what it is even though all of us have frequently have said it that way and misuse the word “feeling”!

You will see and quickly experience a difference just by identifying the exactness of your life experiences in terms of thinking, feeling of your thinking whether your thinking is right on or off based. This is indicated by the "feeling" of the strength and weakness of your thinking.

When your thinking feels weak, then that thought is a problem!

When your thinking feels strong then that thought is not a problem!

Then you will know what your problem is!

I want to share my experiences about the method. Well, Chaim helped me a lot with method. I had a terrible flu and i was coughing too much. Beside them i was very undecisive about some things in my life and i used to feel a big resistance. My flu got so much better in just 2 days and i started to do what i resisted in the past. Change was so quick and observable. I really appreciate Chaim's help too much and want to thank him from here and also i want thank you hootless crew and Kam Yuen. All the very best everyone!
