By the way that first 'free' download is the first in a 22 audio course as in 'Jeannies' ad above. I have this and I have to say it is the most beautiful and comprehensive way I have ever heard the AGFLAP Chart explained. 

 

From my point of view the articulate way that Virginia talks us through each 'emotion' on the Agflap scale is both interesting and comprehensive. She has such a wonderful voice to listen to and takes all of the 'wanting to figure out' OUT of it, in the way she puts it all accross to the listener.

 

I feel that this would be a wonderful place for releasers that are so brand new to releasing, that even the A chart is something weird and wonderful in the beginning, to start out. It gives an excellent grounding principle to what SMaRT and releasing is all about. Jeannie asks relevant questions along the way, the sort that come to mind to the listener in an 'ahaa' sort of way. Just as it comes up in mind to think what does that all mean? The answers follow by perception.
