First of all, we can simply talk by phone if that's easier.  If you prefer that, my phone # is 313-623-7893.

Alternately, many people use Skype these days because they can talk anywhere in the world for free and it provides a bit more privacy.  Skype is available as a free download, for PC or Mac, at Skype.com.  It requires a microphone and speakers which sometimes come with a computer.  Many people use a headset.  Some use a webcam with a built in mic.  Hope this helps.
