Welcome to SMaRT START

We realize that it might be a little daunting to find the Hootless forum, and see all the advanced conversations and fast paced chat areas going on simultaneously. We thought that maybe anyone very new to the method could use a quiet 'back to basics' place to find help and support. So here it is!
