Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, Daniel. It seems that you're set for now with source material.

It's important to listen to the CDs in order. Are you doing that?

If you don't mind working with a coach who is trained in TSM, I'd be happy to give you an hour of free coaching during which time you could ask whatever questions that may come up. We should also be able to resolve any questions you have about getting to courage, acceptance and peace (CAP).

If this seems OK with you, why don't you give me some days and times (your time) next week when we could work together for an hour. I'm eastern time zone. You're western, right?

I have the CD set of the basic as well as effortless creation, etc. I did not go through all of them yet. For Larry's stuff, I have quite a bit more, the icap machine, basic course, goals and resistance, relationship, what do you want to be when you grow up, etc. Have not gone through all of them yet as well. I tend to do the basic course over and over again using the icap machine and releasing immediately any feelings that come up.

What source material do you have for The Sedona Method?

I started with Larry's stuff and went to one of his retreat. I also have the sedona method but did not go through it completely. I am familiar with both systems. I am playing around to see which one works better for me. I sometimes switch between them to give me some variety. I have not really done the 5th way yet. I also did some Stephen Seretans stuff, but I think it is fairly similar to Sedona method.

HI, Daniel. You're talking almost exclusively Release Technique (RT) here. Do you want a coach who's fluent in RT? If that's not a requirement, I may be able to help.

I'm curious what source material you may have. If you're familiar with The Sedona Method, do you have the book, The Sedona Method?

I just signed up and noticed this threat, ask a coach. I have several questions that I need some clearifications on:
- How do you get into i-cap? Is getting into icap as easy as just saying yes? How do I know that I am in icap? Larry talks about that lester told him that there is almost no releasing going on in agflap so it will be nice to know when I am in icap so that the releasing actually works.
- Is this a good practice? Whenever, I have a feeling in my body, I mentally ask myself is it wanting approval, security or control and them I ask myself if I can let it go and visualize that smoke is leaving my body from the chest or stomach. I do it constantly. Is this a good way of practicing releasing?

Great to see everyone here...thanks for joining in. After a convo with Greg yesterday, have decided to put up any questions we get asked via e-mail. Even if we have answered them as best we can ourselves, it is great to have other ways of looking at the same point...so here we go.
