Which is the 'best' Lesterizing recording?

Hi,

I've listened to a few of the Lesterising recordings from Larry's site, but not one of them seems to have all the different elements in one place. Some of them have no releasing after the 'visualisation' element. Some have only the 'can you get bigger than a ...' exercise. Some have annoying interruptions from other people plugging weekend courses etc. What is everyone's favourite recording for this? And has anyone tried the new Goals and Resistance course with Lesterising included?

Hey Chris,

Larry just recently recorded some calls with Rich involving the Lesterizing process. It's very powerful, Rich works with people on goals and brings them into CAP and then Larry does a clean up to get people to identify with beingness. These calls start from the July 28th every week until the August 18th. I liked these calls much more than the original Lesterizing ones.

I am doing the G&R course right now (almost finished), I sometimes use Lesterizing for goals so I can understand that it's not the actuall goal I want, but the goal behing the goal - feeling happy or in other words freedom. However this is an intense course and I find myself working more with the other very powerful processes from the workbook.

By the way, there is no Lesterizing in the G&R course. I asked Larry before ordering and he told me that they do it only in live classes or calls, in case you thought otherwise.

I'm sure the advertising for the G&R course says "now includes the Lesterising technique".

As Benjamin stated, the calls from July 28th to Aug 18th are very good and I find them to be better than the original calls as well :)

Glad you asked this, Chris. I've been listening to the Wed. night RT conference calls also, but missed the Butt System one- doesn't look like they've put new ones on the website either since 9/01.

I'd like to find a good guided Lesterizing recording too.. I would Lesterize getting the Lesterizing recording, but I would need the recording to Lesterize it first!
