Hi. Have any of you experienced success when using the method on pain? If so, which is the most effective technique you have used?

Thanks

Yes, I've used it to clear headaches, stomachaches, hunger pains, sore throats, sleepiness and tiredness.  I honestly didn't think it would work but it did.

For sore throats, I remember asking myself, "Can I accept this pain?  And more?" and more?"  (I did this for roughly 20 mins straight, by the end of it, I totally forgot what I was releasing on)  Then when I got a drink, I noticed it didn't hurt!

For everything else, it was often times, "Could I let this go? Yes.  Would I? Yes.  Why? Now" (and repeat).  Then when my mind gets frustrated since it didn't 'go', I would use, "Could I let go of wanting to control or change this?" Sometimes I had to repeat these questions like 50 times before I notice any shift.

IMO, all of the methods do the same thing:  They release because you're making a decision to let them go.

Additionally, one time I had a first degree burn, and I immediately just told the pain with conviction, "Stop!  I'm the boss!  Heal now!" and within 30 seconds it was gone, literally.  No joke.  So it wasn't so much a method as it was a decision.

I did the same thing with an illness.  My body was real achy a few days ago, and I literally said, "Stop!  I'm the boss!  Heal now!" and within hours I was fine (I also used the questions from time to time).  It doesn't always work instantly , but it's awesome when it does.  BTW, I took no medicine :)

I like to use Lester's technique that is on audio "Lester on Pain", worked many times for me. And also Larry's audio about pain which is Larry guiding you through accepting the pain as Jason mentioned, saying yes to it.
Hi,

I did Adv/Disadv & Att/Avers on having pain in my body and on being pain-free until hootless on having pain.

I had a very sore muscle just before diving to complete a 2 star diving course.

I really intended to do this dive, so I decided that this pain is not going to disturb me in any way, and I released it all. It was gone and I didn't think about it while diving. After that, it appeared slightly, then it was gone forever.
