Use of a light and sound machine during releasing

I found using a light and sound machine gives an incredibly deep release when combined with the sedona method. I usually set the light & sound machine to 7.8 (Schumann resonance).

I have found that this stirs the depth of the mind up really well, bringing things to the surface more quickly to release. The after effect is a very deep inner peace and stillness, plus a wide range of other effects.

Has anyone here tried it?
