I have some experience with Larry Crane's audio course and, years ago, I did read the book "The Sedona Method". I do not practice releasing as a routine, but I'm sure I could benefit if I did. I backed away after noticing that such a simple process as the Release Technique required so many CD's to learn and that ongoing training seemed a must. I'm guessing the Sedona Method is equally complicated because the book covering the basics is pretty big and the CD course is currently out of my price range.

The basics in both systems can be learned and successfully applied very quickly with noticeable benefits arriving shortly thereafter, if not immediately following the first release.  After conveying the basics, both systems continue to show a variety of _applications_ of the basics to achieve special purposes with often remarkable results. 

Both Larry and Hale have file drawers full of voluntary testimonials from people all around the world, who have learned Lester-style releasing from the book, the CDs  and now, even from MP3s and PFs.  Thousands and thousands have do so, even though English is not their native language.
