"I am at a point where I can think of feelings and they release just by asking myself is that true or not and my intuition releases it but material is still coming up. Do I have to remove that material or can i just leave it to release on it's own? I am at a very free point and I want to know if the material that comes up carries much weight in my brain?"
Thanks everyone for your contributions to this excellent question.
Releasing to completion works very well. If you are at the point where emotions are beginning to unravel on their own, then let them, when it becomes spontaneous, then you may not even need the standard releasing questions/tools any more. It becomes as part of your daily routine as 'brushing your teeth'.
It is always a cool move to take whatever is there to the 'wants' anyway, to see where something is perhaps originating from, then mixing in your 'is it true?' would fit very well, why not? If you get a 'yes, it is true' a further line of 'How do you know it is true?' often can trigger a release too.
Remember anything that facilitates a release, has to be a good thing, however you choose to do that!
You seem to be advanced, so sorry if I'll also add basic info here you probably know, just to make the overall post more accessible.
""I am at a point where I can think of feelings and they release just by asking myself is that true or not and my intuition releases it but material is still coming up."
That's how it's supposed to be, I guess you know that. What releases the feelings is not the questions themselves, or even intuition, it's truth. Lies don't survive truth.
To make it easier, by lies I mean: thoughts that are not "database information" thoughts, like your name or your address + feelings + emotions + wants.
That's why when you have a hunch and you want to know if it's just a lie or real intuition, release the hunch. Lies will evaporate, but the truth will be clearer because you will be releasing the lies attached to your truth/intuition. You can't release truth. But truth releases the lies. Morty Lefkoe has a technique called Occurring that is based on that, you release the lies by seeing the "real truth" using his techniques.
Notice how Lester explains the mechanics of releasing: move to CAP and CAP spelled backwards is PAC, which is PAC-MAN (all those over 100 years old like me know what that is), and pac-man gobbles up AGFLAP. Truth eats up lies. We don't release, we move to truth and lies are released. Of course, CAP is also partially lies, pure truth resides above PEACE, but it is closest than AGFLAP. See Courageousness as being the 50%-50% point, and moving up you have more truth than lies, and that's enough to dissolve the lies.
Then, of course, remember your lies are piled up and compressed inside you, the worst ones you don't want to see at all residing at the bottom. Think of Hale's tray dispenser or Larry's kleenex box. Remove one, the next comes up. Keep doing it until it is empty. So, everything normal in your first sentence.
"Do I have to remove that material or can i just leave it to release on it's own?"
Here I go with the previous answer from HOOTLESS CREW [ADMIN]. But, also, what is your intention? If it is to feel better, then you decide. You can release until you feel good and leave the rest of the garbage inside. On the other hand, there's nothing that indicates that you are not releasing the wants along with the rest, only you can know that and decide what to do.
On the other hand, if your goal is Freedom, then yes, you have to keep releasing until there's nothing left, and even then you "squeeze the lemon" to be sure. Because in this case you want no lie left behind. "Release on it's own" is sort of a catch 22. It would ALL be released on its own if you didn't stop it. If it stops with something left inside, you are the one stopping it. The lies want to leave, ALL OF THEM, and you are the one with the resistance, even at a low level of resistance like you. It's the "take responsibility" thing, if it's there, you put it and you are keeping it there.
"I am at a very free point and I want to know if the material that comes up carries much weight in my brain?""
Again, it depends on your goal. "very free point" is awesome, but not total Freedom. On the other hand, I don't know if total Freedom is what you want.
Finally, to the part the makes people cringe: There is something in your post that has not been released. Your question has at least wanting control and safety attached. The perfect answer for you resides in releasing your post and your questions.
Ask yourself: "Should I leave releasing as it is or should I release deeper and remove all wants?"
Get the first answer that comes, take to the wants and release them all until you release the first answer. See that every time you don't have an answer that you know (not believe) 100% to be the truth, there is some "disapproving of yourself" for not having the answer, even if subtle. Let that go and give yourself approval. Ask the question again and repeat this process until you there's only pure Love and clarity left. Then you'll know your answer, either immediately or a bit later. If you care that the answer is not showing up immediately, there's still wanting control to be released.
