Hi, I'm fairly new to this community, and have been releasing off and on for the past year or so. Lately, I've been stepping up my releasing and I am far more committing to changing my life. I've learned NLP (formally trained as a master practitioner), EFT, and a wide variety of other techniques that facilitate change, and RT seems to be one of the better tools I've come across.

This community looks like a great place to share and grow together :)

Dear Chandu - It is great to have you here and on the Off-Topic forum.....we are so pleased you are finding your way around and took time out to say hi here too......and yes please feel free to add anything you like over on the Off -Topic. This forum as I know you will have realized is more streamlined toward 'The Sedona Method' and we didn't want to clutter it with the myriad of other topics we like to discuss at depth. So, that is why we have the other one too....I for one look forward to your very knowledgeable input and ideas....

Hey all! After a search for a review of Goals and Resistance course I've found hootless! It's an awesome idea to bring together people who practice RT and Sedona Method! What's more are the sunday conferences which are amazing and bring a lot of great value and insight to us all! I have been releasing consistently with RT since 4 months ago, and since then my life just got better and keeps getting better all the time! This is a community I will follow and share my views with along the journey. Thanks for the value!

Hello!

I've been reading and re-reading the Sedona Method book after being turned onto it by a friend. I had a rough 10 years of stress culminating in general anxiety and depression which I slowly allowed to compromise just about every aspect of my life. I eventually tried hypnotherapy and EFT a few months back and they kind of opened the door to releasing. I got the Sedona Method book and I spent a good couple of weeks before I was releasing almost continuously. One day I started releasing on random objects and people just to see what happened. To my amazement, I felt an intense 'tickling' feeling in my throat and head. It turned into a yawn and I started yawning intensely. Road signs, different models of car, People, TV shows all gave me different levels of yawning response as I released on them and I realized that I've possibly being carrying around terrible emotional baggage on just about everything. I've been yawning ever since on various things and I've not had a bad day in close to three weeks now.

I'm currently trying to make sense of the layout of this website and forum. Maybe I need to release on trying to figure it out? ;)
