Obsessive Compulsive

Since 6 th grade I have had the compulsion to write everything that happens to me. I then are compelled to go back and periodically look up events. I have had a successful Life but in My Later Years it is Really weighing Me Down and a painfully burden to Happiness and Pease of Mind!!!!Any Suggestions?

when you notice sensations whilst re-reading, do you simply allow them to be present?

Are you attached to those sensations?

Could you set them free? or would you like to hold on to them?

I know I can but would I let go is difficult sometimes!
