Thanks Hootless Queen for setting this up, 

Yes, I'd like to release with a partner, via skype. My time zone is GMT + 12 (New Zealand).  I've been connected to this for a few months, and am actually most moved by listening to audios of Lester - true freedom draws me more than anything. But I want to release on the little things, that pesky agflap.

Regarding method, I have more exposure to SM, but by temperament tend to pull everything in. SMaRt sounds great, but I don't really know the details of it....please message me if this seems like a fit for you. Peace, Roger

I am looking for a release technique partner where i can talk to daily, i just started with the Lester 90  days to freedom course and the new and improved goals and resistance course. I am using skype, i prefer to have a dutch release partner. if you like it contact me!

Looking for a release partner, maybe weekly release together, but open to more frequent practice as well.   goal is to strengthen my practice, perhaps help you with yours in any way you need, and grow together in consciousness.  I am in the US, Pacific time zone.

Hello.

 

Since i´m fairly new on releasing, just started The Relesaing Technique audio course and to mix sometimes The Sedona Method in it ( basic one ), so i do not know how good it will be to release with me.

 

If there is one who would not afraid to have beginner as a releasing buddy, i would like to hop in.

I will not share my skype name jet, but i´m in GMT +3 Timezone ( Helsinki, Stockholm,Riga,Vilnius).

 

I can speak English , so no problem with that.

 

Have started to release in this September.

Hi Roger, I am happy to have a chat with you and see if we could be releasing buddies. Have been doing SM and recently RT. Must say that I have to get into the RT a bit more, but good to be able to use either as one feels the need for it. Like you I have started listening more to Lester's talks and find a lot of gems in what he says. I am also in New Zealand and my skype ID is lemayah. Hope to hear from you soem time! Cheers Dewi

I would love to have a releasing partner for 1-3 times a week for 30 days. I'm working with the exercises in "Making A Change For Good" (which includes a 30 day guided retreat process, with little bitty steps). Each "retreat" step provides a great starting point for releasing. Is anyone interested? We could talk now, and start in February - as I'm committed to assisting with our local sled dog race at the end of the month!

I'm in Oregon but generally very flexible about time of day - the UK pm calls are often mid day for me, so that works great.

looking for a release partner too. i live in Italy (at the moment) so the time zone is Rome. I have little experience of both Larry/Hale methods but i catch up quickly :)
