i always found that i forget most of time a view things by releasing. i forget to follow the six steps and had ways a difficult time to combine sedona method and larry's releasetechnique.. and had very long a discussion which method i need to use.. (and you can use both, and yeah i let go of figure things out but still no answer)
my insight is that i made a own cleanup, i like the cleanups from both larry and hale but always there seems to miss something. and a disadvantage is that the don't include the six steps in the cleanups( not going through each step)
the last days the hole day i feel amazing, in the morning i do the special cleanup and through the day i release constant and can change easy betwoon the tools
i made my own cleanup,
this is a limited version of it
1. First sit the way you would sit when you are in cap ( couragesnouss acceptance or peace)
2. do some little cleanup with tube, and follow with could you let go of figure things out, let go of disapproving and then give yourself
3. Welcome the emotion, sensation,sounds, pictures ( second way of release in sedona method) or Triple welcoming:
4. Diving into the emotion ( third way of releas in sedona method)
5. Then i do the six steps, step 1: i ask myself what do i want more then freedom and do releases on that.
6. Step 2 of the six steps: i say i am bigger than you ego, i am the boss, i am bigger than you ego take a walk and get lost.
7. Step 3 of the six steps: i release on the three wants, wanting approval, wanting control, wanting be safe.
8. step 4 of the six steps: make releasing constant. By this step i practice with keeping the door open.
9. step 5 of the six steps: is about letting go of stuckness. If i am stuck i say look down to the energy and say go, go, go, go
10. step 6: if i can feel myself even better. I ask myself could it get any better?
11. i do the say yes technique from larry, i think of something that frustrates me and say yes against it.
12. I think of 10 things in my life i am grateful for
13. i do holistic releasing the fourth way of releas of the sedona method:
for example:
Could you allow yourself to feel as anxious and stressful as you do in this moment?
And then, could you allow yourself to feel as relaxed and secure as you do in this moment?
this is a great way to combine both sedona and releasetechnique and use the six steps effectif.
a big gain is that i now feel good in every situation, if one tool is not working i switch to another tool and its very easy
