I'm continuing to find EFT very valuable to use and find it can be seamlessly integrated to those who prefer a certain type of releasing Ie asking the questions, etc. - just tapping on the points.

I've found it very helpful to put more attention on the "allowing" part and noticing that true allowance/acceptance allows the release to happen on it's own - the realization that it is a state more than a verb, and to realize any traps of trying to "use" allowing as a technique to get rid of something which by nature is not allowing. Very big benefits from this.

I am currently doing the Goals and Resistance course. Yikes is all I can say on the sh*t there is coming up to be released, after asking for it to float to the surface.

It is a simple process, but not that easy at first. If it were there would be many more of us doing what it takes to go free and come from our Beingness.
