I have a few more gains to post. Date format: mm/dd/yy
07/28/11 Got so high from releasing that I really felt I was out of this world. Received a wonderful hour sessions with Chuck Goodwin as a gift for signing up with hootless.com A $100 value that took care of that goal of $100 for the week. :-)
08/06/11 I had a Blood pressure of 123/78 by releasing only. No meds!
More energy and feeling great!
Had a low score of 407 on the beingness release #49 or labeled #50 on the ICAP release meter. Feeling calm and more at peace. Worrying thoughts have disappeared and have been replaced with positive loving thoughts.
Here i Colorado the air is really dry and a lot of us use what is called a swamp cooler to cool our homes and put humity in the air. My swamp cooler started squealing and making a lot of noise and it was very annoying. I looked up the problem on the internet and the article told me that when a swamp cooler starts squealing and it happens more frequently then the electric motor is about to go out. I looked up the cost and the motor would cost around $120 to replace plus shipping, handling and installation. I decided to release on it and let go of disapproving of the swamp cooler. I did that for about 5 minutes straight and turned it off for the night. It was cool for the next couple of days then it got hot again three days later, today and it stopped squealing or making any noise. My goal statement was: I allow my swamp cooler to work properly and quietly!
I got my gain and now it works perfectly with no work required other than releasing and giving it approval. :-) I just loved that gain because it is just simply amazing!
08/10/11 Feeling great and much lighter after listening to Larry's Ridding yourself of stress audio.
08/11/11 Dropped the score on the ICAP release meter on the "Figuring Things Out" audio. I scored 595 Jul 2, 2011 and it dropped down to 464 on Aug 11, 2011 a reduction of 131 points.
The "Responsibility Abundance" audio score July 2, 2011 I scored 570 points and it dropped to 415 points on Aug 11, 2011 a reduction of 155 points.
I feel so much better than I did just a month ago and I'm just getting back into the swing of things. Like I have mentioned before, I had a fantistic life when I was releasing back in 2006-2008 and I stopped releasing completely and disaster struck in all parts of my life from money to relationships. I finally woke up after I went crashing down and now I am back on the upswing and will continue forever now!
I would like to think where I would be now if I would have continued releasing like I am now??? Who knows but I'm back and getting in the zone again and I won't stop until I have complete freedom!
I know that sounds like the ego and if it is then consider it dropped. :-) Anyway, I think I've updated my gains. I just feel so good now and I started laughing for no reason..haa haa
I checked my blood pressure and it's 104/61 now which is incredible. I can't wait until my yearly physical which is Oct 11th because I'm not so sure that I don't have low BP now...lol I am not taking any medications for BP and I was on two of them. I know my Doctor is going to have a fit because I stopped taking the BP medication without informing him. I just didn't want to take my medication and have my blood pressure be way too low. I fgure why contact the Doctor because I've had high BP since I was 19 years old and they didn't know how to fix it, right?
I seems like this is a permanent gain and I am so pleased because no more medication. Wow!
If I kept getting chocolate gains, I'd just be gaining. . . <grin>
Congrats, and ENJOY!!!
I guess you could say that I have a pretty good gain as well. My younger son who is 25 told me that I really seem laid back and a lot of fun to hang out with. He said he didn't remember it being like that which struck me funny because he sees me often. It made me feel good and my older son was there and he agreed with Joey...
I feel more laid back and I find myself laughing at things that use to annoy me...
It was a great gain coming from somebody who use to argue with me all the time. :-)
Wonderful gain there Randy......thanks for sharing!
I am eating my gain as I type :)
