I suppose i can write down one blink of hootlesness here.

I walked on my way to the lessns today and saw a woman standing and trying to lift something heavy.

Had just one thought, that i should offer my help. But while aproahing here i did not ask from her, "can i help". Instead she asked me.

I agreed to help her out, and when i helped her to get 50" lcd tv to her apartement, she took 5 eur bank note and gave to me as thank you.

That was something really strange, but well strange things has happening around me so i shouldget used to it :DDD

Hi -I committed to a 30 day action step process - plus releasing through the Effortless Creation tapes. I had several responses for sharing the journey (thanks, all). I did commit to going through it whether or not anyone else decided to play. Ultimately I finished the journey on my own. I thought I'd share some of the gains from the process. I would LOVE to find a buddy for another round.

Understanding the value of “separation” in an enmeshed situation.

Proving to myself I can do this on my own.

Feeling okay about a low-cost error I made.

5/31 I PAID OFF MY $9500 surgery and other bills from last year – this was $9500 over what I had budgeted for the year

I also started a $300 fund to get ahead, and increased my set-aside $ I’m using to restore the $16,000 I paid for my new truck, also last year.

Connected with two personal growth groups other than Hootless.

Awareness gain – though it doesn’t seem like a gain in the feeling sense, I recognized how someone is reacting to me. I want to pretend I can have this relationship. At present I can have it as it is. I “want” it to be different. Fertile releasing territory.

Gain – released and got to feel the acceptance place.

Felt better last night. NOTICING where hostilities and control are sneaking back in.

Gain: Self forgiveness exercise eased my anxiety and tension and actually allowed my body to drop a small amount of retained water.

Paid!

Savings – wonderful! I am putting aside about 12% of my base income.

Seeing the “rowboats” aka the opportunities that show up unrecognized.

Awareness: fear.

Choice: rest.

I received the most wonderful surprise a day or so ago. I received out of the blue an Amazon gift of "The Freedom Technique" from a releasing friend. A book written by Yuri Spilny. It was both thoughtful, kind and one of the sweetest gestures I have enjoyed. And its a great read too......beautiful things come from beautiful people.......thank you so much!!!

Two gains today - I was getting very anxious about a person in my life and I worked on releasing the wants. It helped reduce the needless anxiety. At the end of that connection time I also became clearer about the one-wayness of that connection. I played some of the archival material today which is very helpful when I take the time to allow myself to do that.

I had set the intention to go and order it and found the Amazon links etc and just as I was just about to do that, in came an e-mail with the book having been gifted to me. The timing was that accurate! So far any encounter with Yuri Spilny seems to defy the laws as we know them.

I know I mentioned on the Sunday call how I had mailed him to invite him to join us here. Within a few minutes he did join, but the e-mail bounced back the next day! He had never received it as I had mis-spelt it!!! Hilarious ha? Beyond synchronicities when they occur no matter how small are yet the biggest gains for me! More valuable than diamonds! Why? because energetic confirmations for me are more amazing than any tangible thing! :)

a helpful person disconnected my washing machine and put it on the landing for me.

I found £5 this morning.

My de-cluttering is going very well.

I am spending a couple of days by the sea this week.

Someone invited me to sleep over at their place en route to my destination, cos she had a dream about that some time back and her invite coincided with me wondering if it was still open.
