Well i list my gain also then..

I was interested to so called learn how to do that pointing. And today i got nice explanation  how to do it, since the meeting to where i went had a lcturer who had learned it. Waited when all others left and then asked would it be ok if she could so call teach me :D She did, explained the method and i got basically what i wanted , bythe way without releasing. I just made a wish ( well statement).

Also i more and more have started to trust my senses ( gut feeling or 6th sense , whatever they call it ). That is niceone.

Huge and unexpected gain for me. I was given a 22k gold/jade scarab ring. An antique gold & seed pearl Faith, hope & charity necklace, solid gold dress watch, and another rose gold timepiece in the form of a necklace. A victorian bracelet charm. My mother and grandmothers wedding rings and some other bits and pieces of silver rings etc too. This whole gain has meant all the world to me for the meaning behind not only the items but the gift itself.

And heres the most exciting thing. Inside the box they arrived in Austrian is written the jeweler etc dated since 1828...and even though this item came from the opposite side of the family, the number of the street 9-11. My mothers birthday was the 11th of September....I just love it when things like this happen and seem like total synchronicity. I prefer to see it as confirmation of who wanted me to have most of the items :)

My gains:

• Released dozens of beliefs within half an hour, just by letting them come into my awareness and releasing the associated feelings. Then fell into peace. Became aware of my another incarnation on another planet, living light and love.  That was my future, the present in another world. Brought that life to earth, hugged with that being of light and we became one. As I was sitting in stillness, a thought "it's time to go to work" has crossed my mind. I then realised that there is nowhere I need to go, that I have all the time of the universe in the now. 
• Then later in the day I was going through another round of dark stuff coming up. I became aware of the presence of this being of light - another me - true me. This has dissolved the dark stuff in an instant.

• Realised the reason I've chosen to be born in the particular circumstances of this life is to forgive.
• Seeing how beliefs contradict each other. All this is a big joke.
• Looking in the mirror repeatedly had a feeling of not recognising myself. I am not that which was looking at me from the mirror. 
• Resistance does not exist. I am not Julia. I do not resist.
• Having manipulated time to arrive on time to be live on James Hurley's call

I wholeheartedly join Chuck's gratitude to Lester and Lester's instructors, including Chuck! 

Another thing that is accelerating my releasing is magnetic heart activation by Stephen Parker. I've done level 1 just 3 weeks ago.

Thanks, Julia, for expressing your gratitude from your heart in this Gains area.  Just to be sure that someone reading the above doesn't misinterpret your expression of thanks and take it in a way that was not intended and just for the sake of clarity, I'm a coach using The Sedona Method.  I don't think you meant to include me in the group of Lester Instructors but someone might read it that way.  I'm defititely grateful to be included in your statement of gratitude, however.  Thank you and much continued success to you in all your releasing efforts.

More gains:

• Engaged with several people at the networking event I've attended and came back with useful insights
• Had a cognition: the memories my mind presents me as mine, I've never done these things. It is just the mind coming up with stuff.
• Things are working out much easier at work
• At work, my proposal from last year is now been sought after by a senior executive 
• I am one with other people, so any judgments do not make any sense
• Watching a dragonfly in my room trying to escape to freedom. Would it just allow itself to be? Would I? Yes. When? Now
• Seeing wanting to be separate in interaction between the two people and diffusing it

• I found what I was looking for: here and now, right inside me
• Have completed Magnetic Heart Activation level 2. 
• Having felt spaced out after that and doubting my ability to drive home, just handed that over to beingness and arrived safely with ease
• There is nothing to forgive. There is nothing to release. There is nothing
• Looking in the mirror I see outer galaxies in my eyes
