The pain eases some. I have reached new benchmarks today for creating a life I like better than the one so far, reaching out to people, accepting that the limitations I see are not necessarily mine, facing some extreme fears about feeling unlovable and unappealing - doing the best I can to accept that this is a point to move forward from.
The exercise and the unsticking exercise help.
There are more feelings and they are intense.
