I sent this to Larry because every week we have to send our 90-days course goals to our mentors. Then I decided to put it here because it is a good example of using the Release Technique to get answers. The version I sent to Larry is actually shorter because I cut out the ego games:
"I was sitting by a tree here in Belize and I was bitten by a bug. I
began to feel weird, it was swelling and getting red. I wanted to know what to do, so I let go of disapproving of myself and gave myself approval. Then I also began to give it
approval.
I came back to my room.
It was getting worse, but I let it go and sat down
to listen to the daily CAP call. While Rich was doing the
CAP cleanup, I hallucinated and saw myself getting a glass, putting a
bit of water,
putting 2 drops of the Hydrogen Peroxide I brought with me, taking a piece of
toilet paper, wetting it in the peroxide water and folding the wet paper in the place
that was bitten. I came back from the hallucination and stood up to do that.
Then my mind told me: "Hey, aren't you a super CAP releaser? Why don't you sit down and just give it approval?" I said ok, sat back down and it was as if someone pulled me out of the chair and said "Go there and do it!" I went to the table and did it. When I was going to put the drops into the water, I thought "Maybe one drop is enough". I put one drop and the "daydream" came back and showed me 2 drops falling into the water. I put the second drop, did as instructed and came back to the call.
I
finished the call
and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. The piece of paper fell
down, I pick it up to put it back into the swollen skin and it wasn't
there anymore. It cleared completely.Not even a small bump to know where to put the paper"
I am having a lot of answers being delivered to me during the CAP calls. It is amazing. Belize blocks skype so I couldn't get in touch with my releasing partner for our daily session. I went into CAP and the idea came "Google Talk". We downloaded and used it, but even though it connected, the call was really bad. We gave up and I went to listen to a recorded call from the 90-days. When I was again in CAP an unusual solution came to me and now we are doing our sessions daily. My partner asked me: "How did you think about using that?" and I answered: "I didn't".
Today I am enjoying a power outage here, so no air conditioner. And it is hot here! I woke up in a bad mood because of that, complained about it to my partner and decided to go into Acceptance of that. A fresh breeze came to me and I was feeling good. When I opened my eyes I saw that there was no breeze because the room was completely closed and it probably was still as hot as before, but I could still feel the breeze. And I still feel it. The power came back and I turned the air conditioner off.
