Comment by Chuck Goodwin, [SMaRT Host] on December 16, 2011 at 12:48pm: I got an email from someone who had trouble creating a new Skype Contact (Contacts/Add a Contact...) with the "FreeConferenceCallHD.2096471600" mentioned above. If that happens to you too, there are 2 known work-arounds.

One, is to put no data at all in the "Skype Name" space in the Skype "Add a contact" data entry window. The other one, is to use only lower case letters for data entry in the "Phone number" space.

In any case, make sure you have this set up and working, way before the call starts, preferably today, Friday. You don't want to be fussing with technical stuff like this and getting angry, just before the call starts or to have your set-up time intrude onto the call time or to quit trying to get on the call, in frustration, and miss the call entirely. You can test a call-in number and pass code any time on your phone or PC without disturbing anyone or the conference call site. I've done it myself and I frequently advise new callers to do it. Then you know it works, well before call time, and you've already practiced it once.
