I am kind of getting out of a relationship. I am trying to just let her go but it seems the more I try to release the worst the clutching in my chest and stomach. Also if I try to come up with approval, contral, security etc I never know which one I am feeling and probably all of them with this situation. Any ideas on how to best work on this? What do you do when you don't know what your feeling? I think I've repressed emotions for so long all I can do is think instead of feel. And if I try to think of a difficult situation in my life in order to stir up some emotion, nothing comes up, even though I have nothing but difficult situations in my life right now. Releasing sounds really good but I'm stuck at the first step which is knowing what I'm feeling.
